Był dzieckiem o opóźnionym rozwoju: niektórzy z jego nauczycieli
byli przekonani, że jest tępakiem! Nie mówił przed czwartym rokiem
życia i nie potrafił czytać przed siódmym. Jeden z nauczycieli
wystawił mu taką cenzurkę: „Wolno myśli, nie potrafi się bawić i cały
czas pogrążony jest w dziecięcych marzeniach”. Z jednej szkoły
nawet go wyrzucili, a do drugiej nie chciano go przyjąć. Wiemy dziś,
że był jednym z największych myślicieli XX wieku.
